The Software includes but is not limited to the codes as well as other embedded software, documents, interfaces, content, fonts, and any data stored on it that is protected by copyright held by PAX.
PAX grants users a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-exclusive software license to access and use the Software. PAX and its affiliates reserve any other rights not expressly granted to users under this Notice. If users need to get any other right, users shall obtain written consent from PAX.
Users shall use the Software and related services in accordance with this Notice, local laws and regulations. Users shall not do or permit any third party to do the following:
(1) Conducting any reverse engineering of the Software, such as disassembling, decompilation or any other action aimed at obtaining the source code of the Software;
(2) Transferring the Software separately rather than transferring along with users’ PAX device;
(3) Sublicensing, renting or lending the Software, or providing commercial hosting services in connection with the Software;
(4) Using the Software in a deceptive way or for deceptive purposes;
(5) Deleting any copyright information from the Software and other copies thereof, and amending, deleting or evading any technical measure set for protecting intellectual property rights;
(6) Attempting to destroy, bypass, change, invalidate or escape from the Software and/or any digital rights management system that is part of the organic composition of the Software;
(7) Performing other improper or illegal acts.
Without the prior consent of PAX, users may not use the technology or intellectual property rights of PAX to develop software, or to design, develop, manufacture, or sell third-party devices, third-party software or third-party plug-ins
